wolfy42 09/02/17 1:18:23 PM #5: | Best bet at that price range is to try and buy a used one from someone who is upgrading, as it will at least be able to play most games for now and the near future. I have not seen laptops I would bother with for less then about $700 or so, my current one was on sale for $900 from $1300 or something, it plays everything fine, but won't work for VR now or in the future (even though it was advertised as being able to). So be careful what you get. You can get crap that will just play the Sims pretty cheap, but honestly just a bit more and it would actually play just about anything.
