Topic	So I live in Miami and I'm starting to get scared shitless

And many of the people dying during Harvey were because they were in their cars trying to flee during the hurricane... yes, mass evacuations will have its consequences. But I think some of the casualties are due to people waiting too long until deciding to leave. People have been leaving south florida for days now, and there are still a few days to leave. An evacuation order has just been issued for much of Miami.
