The UK had "No Irish, No Blacks, No Dogs" as well.

So it wasn't because they were white, it was because they were Irish; a group of people at the time that weren't even considered white at all yet.

If, by your logic, you can't count discrimination against the Irish as discrimination against whites because they weren't considered to be white, you can't count slavery as discrimination against blacks because they weren't considered people. Can't discriminate against things.

Your argument is a bad one.

They were considered people, just an inferior. One of the arguments used to justify their enslavement was that doing so was meant to bring them closer to God. You can convert people but you can't convert an object.

No, they weren't. Slaves were literally property.
