I agree with you that shows that take place in a country that's clearly not Asian at all shouldn't be watched in Japanese, but sadly, Princess Principal has no dub as of now. They're barely in the school anyways so that's not really an issue, they just use it as just another setting for character development or plot advancement since its basically their base of operation. I would also like to know if it is dark and or depressing. If the answer is no, is it going in that direction? This is vital information. It hasn't nosedived. Yes, there are a couple episodes that are calmer and more mellow, but there's still plenty of great action. Pop, episode 5 is the one that started to really sell people on Princess Principal.
