You should just accept that sometimes you need to eat things you don't want to.

Cottage cheese used to be a popular bodybuilder food before bedtime. The first time I opened a container I literally gagged. After a while it became tolerable.

Were you having to swallow your own puke to eat it? That's what happens to me.
