We've had a lot of cats over the years, and after a while you get tired of losing them to avoidable bullshit. Then why bother having them? We get owls and plenty of dogs but generally cats are smart enough to avoid danger. Hell one young cat had kittens in our garden and stayed there for a while. We eventually got them to a more safe place though when we found them. You just play with them before you feed them, implementing a natural cycle and engaging in socialization with them. Other than that, most of the time they're fine entertaining themselves or sleeping. They sleep about twice as much as humans, so it works out pretty well. Seems like outdoor cats have the best of both worlds. When our cats came in to eat and sleep I showed them some love. However they enjoyed nothing more than being outside trying toi catch the birds and mating. We have quite a few cats around our area that are all outdoors. My next door neighbour actually lets there Rabbits roam free too. The cats don't bother with them. --- One who knows nothing can understand nothing. http://psnprofiles.com/wwinterj ...
