Well, in AI War ( a 4x) the only victory conditions I can think of is the main objective, destroy the 2 AI homeworlds, and the secret The Spire victory condition

in Endless Legend (basically Civ clone) you can win via:

Score - whoever has the most score at the end turn if no other victory occurred yet
Elimination - be the last empire standing
Expansion - claim 80% of all land areas
Economic - have generated enough money (amount based on size of map)
Diplomatic - accumulate enough "diplomatic points" (amount based on size of map)
Wonder - build the ultimate building which comes near the end of a long quest line
Quest - you can also just finish that long quest line to get a different victory that doesn't require a building
Scientific - research 5/6 of the end game techs
Supremacy - own every capital (starting) city
