In addition to that, the law also attempts to enable people to undercut bounties and bounty hunters, potentially allowing targets to sue for damages. As federal protections are destroyed by our extremist and illegitimate Supreme Court, you're going to see a lot of interstate strife like this occurring, which will over time undermine national cohesion and increase the chances of legal conflicts between states (eventually, this could lead to violent incidents). But, of course, Connecticut is 100% in the right here and this is a great initiative to protect people who are being unfairly persecuted by other states. --- I'm Queen of Tomorrow baby!
