In addition to that, the law also attempts to enable people to undercut bounties and bounty hunters, potentially allowing targets to sue for damages. As federal protections are destroyed by our extremist and illegitimate Supreme Court, you're going to see a lot of interstate strife like this occurring, which will over time undermine national cohesion and increase the chances of legal conflicts between states (eventually, this could lead to violent incidents). Depends on how important the coastline and the (mostly shitty) beaches are to you ~~there are some decent beaches though.~~ The Greater Stamford or New Haven areas are probably your best bet, though I know my friend found good resources in the Middletown area as well. After those, the Hartford area is your next best bet (the weather sucks ass inland. CT weather sucks in general though).
