Depends on how important the coastline and the (mostly shitty) beaches are to you The Greater Stamford or New Haven areas are probably your best bet, though I know my friend found good resources in the Middletown area as well. After those, the Hartford area is your next best bet (the weather sucks ass inland. CT weather sucks in general though).
