Bruh cmon, back when I first started working out, I got stretch marks on my forearms, upper back, chest, biceps. And than when I let myself go for a bit I got them on my stomach and love handles. Its not a big deal, no one cares. Besides, after a couple months they turn to the same color as your skin for the most part and become hardly noticeable.
