I attempted to do a Hard Dry Fast Day 1 but I wasnt prepped so I caved and had a glass of water/lemon juice/apple cider mix the first evening; still no food though. 30 hours into it. Longest water fast Ive done is 3 days. Ill probably finish with a dry fast this week however. This for losing weight right?
