I'm quite aware that the US has more people than most countries, and accounted for that in saying what I did. DrPrimemaster posted... That isnt what Im saying, but if you want to make a case you cant hand wave things that did happen. You can if the case in question is "this doesn't happen regularly anywhere else." Individual examples exist elsewhere, yes, but individual examples don't amount to "this happens regularly." --- This is my signature.
