Topic	Owning a house sucks sometimes. 2k in random repairs in less than 2 weeks.

Last year the fan on the outside part of our HVAC stopped spinning. Googled symptoms to determine it was a bad capacitor. Youtubed how easy it was to replace it. Bought a new one for $20 on Amazon and fixed it within 15 mins.
