Topic	Owning a house sucks sometimes. 2k in random repairs in less than 2 weeks.

To be fair, there's a pretty big difference between a $3,000 bill you expect to pay every month vs expecting to pay a certain amount and then having unplanned expenses that you have to pay for on top of that. If your rent is $3,000, then you're likely expecting it to be $3,000 under normal circumstances. Yeah I know I'm just a salty renter.
