Likable main character. Enjoyable kills. First movie to bring Jason back to life, rather than having him be alive/someone else. Killer soundtrack(deserves double emphasis because ALICE COOPER). Basically the best slasher movie ever. Has a PERFECT blend of horror and comedy. The meta humor is absurdly on point. It isn't overly serious like the ones before or Goes To Hell, and it isn't overly comedic like Jason X, it's the perfect blend of all the best parts of the series. And that fucking James Bond style intro holy shit. It's the best movie in the series.
