The market is getting bad, at least in tech. People are getting laid off, offers are getting rescinded, and many companies fire you on the spot if you try and give a 2 week notice anyway to try and cut costs. So many people gave their job notice expecting to join a new company, only to have that offer taken away. Seems like we shouldnt give notice anymore. Just wait until the last day to say anything.
