Then he appears in Bomb Da Base Act II where you gotta cover him with a sniper rifle while he blows up a cargo ship full of Spank. Then...that's it >_> He has all his shops around Liberty City, but I doubt he's actually in there and you don't see him anyway. I just wanna hang out with him more.
