If on one hand you have people needing to throw away tons of pokeballs, and on the other hand people who are unable to even play the damn game for prolonged periods without paying money for pokeballs, there is a fundamental problem with how your game is designed And they refuse to use the main method they have to fix this, which is being liberal with new Pokestop creation.
