Mike has evey single possible lead tapped incase Lalo tries to make contact including round the clock following of Kim and Saul..... But doesn't coniser Verner's wife... Literally Lalo's only lead.

Seasons of build up between Nacho/Saul and Nacho/Lalo has no payoff.

Gus' entire plan for how to get rid of Nacho was insane and unclear why they didn't just shoot him at the compound.

Lalo and Gus just ends with Gus anticlimatically shooting Lalo.

Saul off camera finds out who Jeff is, where he lives, his motivation, his moms routine and how to manipulate him moments after being at Jeff's mercy and unable to read him.

There's more too if I stop to think about it

There's some good episodes and some great scenes but a lot of Season 6 has just been "Oh crap we wrote ourselves into a corner, oh well let's just do stuff and get on with it." you can tell they had no long term plans with the story they set out.

That's why "And then it turns out she's Kim's mom too" as much as it sucks would not be out of place right now.
