Topic | "Sweaty" insult makes no sense |
31Veteran 07/31/22 5:04:45 AM #19: | It's the eternal defense of the underachiever. You're "trying too hard" or "sweaty". They're of course very relaxed and don't give things their all, content with telling themselves that if they had tried, oh if they had cared they could have done just fine. Great even. But it's a fear of failure that stops them. Why care? Why try hard and risk losing after putting so much of yourself into something? So much easier to say, "Well I could have if I tried." And you know what? They're right. You're right. If you try you can accomplish wonderful things. I'm not here to insult people but celebrate them. We can accomplish wonderful things if we allow ourselves to try, to fail and to try again, yes sometimes to even "get sweaty" Unless you're cussing people out on Xbox live or something, then you should just relax, it's a game after all. ;) --- Alt of 30RegularUser ...
