BUMPED2002 08/07/22 10:02:24 AM #8: | Butter milk flour (add your own choice of herbs, spices etc) and corn starch is what I use when I fry chicken for crisp crunchy skin and juicy meat. I use canola oil for the cooking. I deep fry chicken in oil that's about 350 degrees.
