| NeonOctopus 08/09/22 6:05:47 PM #1: | Prices are too high, Interest is too high, and I keep getting outbidded on good houses even though I literally have like $110k in the bank and 820+ credit for a mortgage loan. And the houses I find that I can afford all have stupid water and foundation problems and would cost more than the difference, plus a headache. I'm hoping maybe in a year that prices will go down, plus I can save up more for a lower principal >_> I can always refinance a mortgage rate, but I can't refinance the principal.
