The one I was talking about is Brotherhood. The first one was made while the manga was still being written and it caught up too quickly, so it ended up doing its own storyline. They're both quite good, but most people agree that Brotherhood is better. The only thing I will say is that Brotherhood almost assumes you've seen the first anime and it speeds up some of the early plotlines.
