As for not shit politicians that aren't just Putin stooges in disguise, Ksenia Sobchak was pretty good, but she also fled at the beginning of the war, and Navalny is okay too, but he's still a Russian nationalist, and is in jail under Putin's bogus bs. Other than those two options are pretty slim.
