Even though everything beyond HRT is gatekeeping hell ~~in excess of WPATH standards, and WPATH doesn't even consult trans people about our care LOL~~ , it's one of the best Medicaid programs for transition care. Or just in general, really: I haven't paid for anything out-of-pocket.
