| Incurso91 09/24/22 4:07:18 PM #7: | Go to a place such as Walgreens/CVS. They should have a blood pressure machine you can use for free. You can always buy a sphygmomanometer for home use, too. And yes, you can always go to your doctor. High blood pressure can lead to medical emergencies such as a stroke. Before my dad had his stroke, he would complain about migraines somewhat often, but never did anything about it. Otherwise, I am not sure if blood pressure abnormalities are something you notice. ...
