She's certainly to blame for a lot. But things weren't terrific before she came to power.

This is true but she has passionatle poured gallons and gallons and gallons of gasoline onto a roaring fire and then loudly screamed that it's the the correct thing to do.

That's indefensibie

I'm thinking that the current media strategy just doesn't make sense. It could of course just be that the PR dept are incompetent, but I don't think that's likely. To me at least, it's more likely that she's being set up to be the end-all be-all baddy in an attempt to repair the Tories' reputation after the clusterfuck of circuses that have been going on ever since Theresa May took office.

That doesn't make sense. The nose dive in tory popularity and recent screw up was entirely on Truss.

Conservatives have been dominating with 80 seat majorities despite being blazenly corrupt criminals who do the bidding of the 1% for years.

Truss just was too stupid to realize she was supposed to pretend that she wasn't doing that .

How any of that can be Tories "improving their reputation" is asinine

IF anything this was their oppotunity to sweep everything under Boris/Putin and then have Truss ride in and save the day.

Most people on this board could probably run the UK better than this twit.

I agree.

They'd be much less knowledgable but as a result would do much less damage
