Topic	Lord of the Rings Online offering all quest packs for free (to keep) right now.

I don't think any of the content between Helm's Deep and Mordor was part of an expansion so you can get all that free with the promo code in the first post. There's some F2P limitations on stable master travel and some other stuff though I think. And they get mounts later than subscriber characters. They reduced some of the restrictions this year so I'm not totally sure anymore.
