As many games are violent in nature, the mechanics of killing are already in the game. Most games are not sexual in nature, meaning that the mechanics of having sex with somebody, consensual or otherwise, are not present in the game.

However, you chose an odd example, as you can have sex with somebody and then run them over in GTA, much to the delight of tabloid sensationalists back in the early 2000s.
I don't play a lot of games. Let's change that to Planescape: Torment. I can axe some random in the street. So if the game has mechanics for violence and killing why does it allow you to strike random people and murder them?

Also wouldn't a game be banned if it had straight sex mechanics in corporated to the game?
