Topic | What do you usually use when figuring out the best Black Friday deals? |
Count_Drachma 11/24/22 11:58:51 AM #10: | So far I just bought a pair of Switch games (the Capcom fighting collection and the Cowabunga Collection) for $25 each. Probably should just buy them on Steam, but... idk. Granted, I'm also not sure when I'll actually play them, but I want to make more of an effort. hypnox posted... Nothing. Because if I would only buy an item if it was on sale, then I don't need it. I'm not sure if that was an intentionally stupid remark or an unintentionally stupid remark, although it was a stupid remark all the same. If you have the choice of paying more for something vs less -- when everything else is equal -- what benefit is there to the paying more? And most things people buy on Black Friday, etc, aren't what anybody needs. They're just wants. And most things are zero urgency. A lot of games I pick up generally aren't even played within the same year (and it's the same for a lot of entertainment). --- Everybody's got a price / Everybody's got to pay / Because the Million Drachma Man / Always gets his way. AhahahahMMH ... Copied to Clipboard! |
