Topic	Why do people say "overtuned" now instead of "overpowered"

Overpowered means the concept itself isn't something that can be balanced because it fundamentally won't work no matter how much you nerf the numbers. Are you sure those aren't just definitions you invented to stop getting frustrated by this? Because how would I ever know that's what the person is trying to say...
