I agree. I hear it in MOBAs where every balance patch is a chance to "tune" the characters perfectly, but sometimes their version of Icefrog gets a little too ambitious and a certain spell/attribute ends up overtuned. If the change results in a major winrate increase, then within a few days the complaints start coming in that this character is now officially overpowered and thus needs a nerf in the next patch.
