| foolm0r0n 12/29/22 11:51:35 PM #38: | Tuning to me is when you notice a weakness in a character and plug the hole, with a patch to change numbers, or whatever. You end up with fewer options against that character. So overtuning is when a character is hard to play against because all the rough edges were sanded off.
