In a 1-1-1 scenario that involves Bar with no name, it is not who has the most power overall but who wins by the most when factoring in Bar with no name. Huh that's weird I could have sworn it worked the opposite way before and that I managed to win a tied match due to losing Bar With No Name with a lot of power while tying one of the other two.
