My initial analysis of the lynch is that I'm okay with you, me, and Peaf's votes on Plum. I don't know Peaf's full reason, but at the time he changed his vote he was technically voting for self preservation. I'm more concerned with the people who were saying that Plum looked bad without voting like SBell and Death, as they may have been waiting to hammer if needed, and didn't put their names on the lynch without needing to.

I think the people looking for a different lynch target isn't that bad, because it seemed clear at the end that Plum was either imploding town, or maybe a lying scum/third party cult recruiter. You suggested specialing JC which Plum moved his vote to, Sultan (town) moved to HB, Han said he doesn't think JC is scum, so voted Chang and then 5tar, and Chang voted SBell.

So in my eyes, I think one of IGCD or HB could have a high likelihood of being scum sitting on the lynch. I also think SBell and Death look worse for not having a vote down after expressing they would be okay with Plum lynch. The only people voting at the end to try and "save" Plum would be Han or Chang. At that point at the end, the only other people with votes on them would be JC, Red, or HB. Han said he didn't want to go JC, but why not Red or HB? Why did Chang avoid all three of those options?
