A litigious troll like Mitchell is still gonna be suing people and it will be up to his victims to prove whatever the image is confirms that Mitchell is categorically lying that any of his runs were on original & unmodified hardware, not to mention they'll have to win on preponderance the reasonable definition of modified hardware, ie is the modification necessary just a joystick swap or computer components? etc. Ultimately it's not about winning every case for Mitchell, it's about how his litigious nature makes other people scared to talk about him and his lies, ultimately preserving his charade. Even if someone expects they have a good defense against Mitchell's suits, the costs of legal work and the potential to lose may be prohibitive enough for them to stay quiet, which is the point of it all.
