Where you're from, the conditions exist in which it's expected that storms and other things of that nature will often occur. In central texas, these conditions rarely occur. I mean rarely. That's likely to change moving to change moving forward, but this is the case for our current situation.That sounds like yet another political issue. Maybe if Republicans in Texas didn't spend so much of their energy denying climate change then they'd be a little more prepared to address these trends and anticipate it getting cold in the winter. --- Who is?
