Agree to disagree on the combat, it's boring as hell and way too RNG dependant. Feels worse than being mana screwed playing MTG when you get a full hand of Heroic cards you don't have any heroism for, and redrawing draws you more heroic cards. Yay.

Sounds like you need to work on your decks or use items, there are a LOT of ways to get around this.

However, it's completely ass when you have to run a mission to get 50 Attack essence or whatever that s*** is called and you need 120 to upgrade a card, a card that you GET FROM A f***ING GACHA SLOT MACHINE, just to give it +1 Heroic or +25% offense, or even better, REDRAW for +12 BLOCK. WOO YEAH BABY GAME OF THE YEAR!

You realise missions aren't the only way to get essence, and not even the best way, right? They give you tons and tons and tons of ways to modify or upgrade cards.

Most of the s*** you can research is meaningless too. Ooh an Epic combat item that I'll never use because it makes you discard your hand except for the card you want to play. Neato.

Yeah this just makes you sound bad. Those items can be awesome. You just have to plan out how to use them. There are TONS of characters and situations that specific item can be amazing, and also many others.

Caretaker's left eye is CONSTANTLY flickering with a black square, I have no idea why. Whenever I put a Midnight Suns suit on any character, their face/avatar thing on the UI just disappears. Sometimes characters are on the map but they don't show up on the field, I have to save and reload the game for them to "respawn".

I've got maybe 5-10 hours in the game and I haven't seen any of these.
