This for me. The initial trailers made it look kind of interesting, but then when I saw it was card-based X-Com my interest waned considerably.

Then every review I saw talked about how the writing was kind of mediocre to terrible, and that pretty much killed whatever interest I had left.

It's not super-helped by the fact that Disney's spent the last two years slowly killing any excitement I might have for Marvel in general.
