Topic	Voice actors are being asked to sign away the rights to their voice to AI

Yeah, I have no issue if an established, retiring actor agrees to have his voice digitally recreated, especially as he would have the clout to have that agreement be pretty iron clad (voice can only be used for Darth Vader, fees for future performances go to my estate, and what not). But your average voice actor isn't exactly rolling in dough or financial security.
