The twins just turned four and we've loved having twins. It was tough at times though. Double the work like changing them, feeding them, potty training them. Also double the cost and our house is feeling a little cramped already.

In other ways they're easier now than our first because they can play and entertain each other. They are the best of buddies.

They're fraternal twins and I've read that you can have a higher likelihood of having twins after a miscarriage because the body may release an extra egg for some reason. I'm guessing that's what happened with us given they're fraternal and we were just coming off a miscarriage.
