Topic	How would you rather get paid for overtime work?

I would take those hours to book paid days off while working a 2nd job. I'd work overtime and accumulate the hours, then book days off with then through out year while working a 2nd job. So I'd end up working 3 days at my full time job a week while working another 3 days at my part time job.
