Topic	Why do so many Japanese anime suck at female characters?

Just an odd post all around. Tsunade in Naruto is a female character that is written decently in Naruto. But the vast majority of women characters are abysmal so it doesnt really matter. Naming one character isnt really disproving the issue. A female driven anime like Claymore should do better. And Attack on Titan has great characters.
