I turned them over after about half an hour bc the bottoms were mushy but I should have kept a closer eye on them while they were in the oven the second time. SiO4 posted... It can, but those are a bit far gone. I like the idea of peeling the extra burnt pieces but I feel like I lose so many layers while cutting the stem off that there'd be nothing left lol.
