Topic	Job Interview Processes Are So Weird

Applied for a $16 an hour job and had a phone interview, 3 in person interviews, a 4 hour test, and one more interview with a bunch of weirdos over the course of 3 days. I was like are these mfs for real? Didn't even get it after all that crap.
