My few thoughts on this fight so far. One. Emp and lightning are useless at best, and violently detrimental at worst to use against Raiden. He uses EMP grenades himself, so emp won't work on him, and he's heavily powered by electricity and generates it himself. I can't see the full hacking power of V shattering through Raiden, especially to just cause auto knockout.

Two, Raiden lost an arm, specifically his left arm, first body made that arm important before the second body.

Three, Raiden has at least one heal on the field, and potentially two, depending on how robotic V is. Definately Mega man, and maybe V have the potential of having their spine torn out for juice.

But on the other hand, I will say that raiden can have his ranged options severely curtailed with V detonating grenades on toss and the like. I'm not going to vote right now, but just some thoughts.
