All these women decided to have his children knowing he did not want them, all knew he would fight to not be in their lives in any way, and all of these women knew he was like this.

Sex Ed needs to be mandatory. And it needs to be taught in at least 8th and 12th grade classes.
The 12th grade class would have to add the aspect we don't talk about, the finance and psychological aspect. They need to show young men and women what a dead beat looks like. If they can spot the symptoms they can avoid having kids with someone they regret.

Also, the finance, show the kids how much money it cost to take care of a kid. Tell boys that they can go to jail for not paying child support. Tell girls that many guys will leave them as single mother.
