As an extension, Mario Kart Tour, through being a weird Tony Hawk-like combo game instead of a Mario Kart game, is pretty good. Mario Party 2 was the best Mario game on the Nintendo 64. Wario Land 3 is the least fun entry with "Wario Land" in the name.
