Topic	How the Star Wars film should be treated right now
ParanoidObsessive 04/08/23 4:03:31 AM #5:	They fucked up the sequels so badly, at this point they'd be better off telling smaller, self-contained stories the way they did with Rogue One (sort of). But that also opens the door to having the problems Solo had. Personally I kind of wish they'd just shove Star Wars into the Disney Vault and let it die for 15 years. Then when they drag it out again everyone will be excited for it again (and hopefully by then they'll have managed to find people who are actually capable of writing). And in the meantime they can go back and make another Tron movie like they were supposed to before they decided they didn't need other sci-fi franchises once they had Star Wars.
